I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The beautiful beach and excellent dining options truly elevated my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained spa facilities. However, the rooms were a bit noisy at times due to road traffic, which slightly detracted from the overall tranquility I hoped for during my stay.
Our holiday had a rocky start, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming when we finally arrived. The clean and spacious room provided us with a lot of comfort, and the beach access was stunning. However, the dining experience needs improvement, especially during peak times when the restaurant can feel chaotic.

However, the food quality was below expectations, and the gym equipment needed maintenance. Overall, it was a relaxing break with some highlights and some letdowns.

My stay at Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was serene, and the staff bent over backward to make our experience memorable, treating us like royalty. The upgrade we received upon arrival, along with a delightful surprise of cake and Prosecco in our room, added a special touch to our celebration. However, the bathrooms could use some renovation as maintenance issues were noticeable. Overall, the experience was delightful, yet I believe some areas need a bit of attention.
